Regularization of Corruption in USA

Being as an Indian, I myself is very familiar with the existence of various form of corruptions in India. Every governmental or non-governmental organization have some form of corruption within it. And now the situation has reached to such a level that it is being accepted by society and by government unofficially. I don't know where it will lead to our country in future. May God help my country to get over with this corruption.

Before entering into USA, I was in belief that there must not be any kind of corruption. But after living here for few months, I realized that One can't feel the corruption at first glance but certainely would realize if look closely around the enviornment. For example, if we look closely about the VISA processing procedure of INS department here. There are two type of charges available. One is normal regular fee for normal processing that tooks quite a long time. Another is a premium processing fee, in which processing take prcedence over normal. And the thing that matters with premium and normal processing is only money and nothing else. Isn't it another form of corruption besides that it is regularize and being backed up by government.:)
